We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ethics and Compliance Manager to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and managing a world-class Ethics and Compliance training and communications program.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive Ethics and Compliance training program for all employees, including production and office staff worldwide.
- Lead a small team to drive the creation and implementation of annual Ethics and Compliance online and in-person training objectives.
- Design and develop Ethics and Compliance communications to promote engagement and raise awareness of key program elements and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Ethics and Compliance training and communications templates, processes, and tools to support our goal of creating a strong best-in-class ethical culture.
- Define and track training and communications Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with Ethics and Compliance best practices and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Training, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in designing and deploying communication strategies and training content.
- Proven leadership experience, with a collaborative, empowering, and kind leadership style.
- Hands-on approach to crafting messages, presentations, and training, with a strategic mindset to create change and work towards a long-term vision for Ethics and Compliance.
- Good understanding of Ethics and Compliance principles and practices.
- Experience in a head office of a large multinational company.
- Demonstrated initiative, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to coach executives, provide candid counsel, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Experience dealing with large-scale change in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and French.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with a bonus for PowerPoint expertise.
- Strategic mindset, energized by change, driven by results, proactive, solution-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Aptitude for technology and online tools.
