Your Role:
As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will set high standards for your team daily. Through effective leadership, you will empower your staff to elevate guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, anticipating needs, and surpassing expectations. While overseeing both front and back-of-house operations, you will continuously seek new methods to enrich the guest experience. Problem-solving is your forte.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily guest service operations, including planning and executing front- and back-of-house tasks. Ensure proper guest check-in and check-out processes, analyze operational reports, and communicate effectively with your team. Guarantee that daily tasks and responsibilities are completed with appropriate follow-up. Accurately manage room inventory and ensure efficiency. Adjust schedules to meet the needs of guests, associates, and financial objectives. Foster positive relationships with customers and associates through meaningful interactions. Provide hands-on training and development for both technical and interpersonal customer service skills. Uphold customer service standards that exceed guest expectations and relay important reservation information.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license. Proven ability to perform under pressure. Basic leadership skills with a capacity to coach and mentor staff. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent hospitality service abilities. Familiarity with various software applications, including property management systems. Ability to analyze reports effectively. Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role. At least 1 year of experience in hotel, timeshare, or hospitality services.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position is $28.50.
