Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
- Accommodate customers with specific dietary needs, including allergies.
- Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation and safety practices.
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.
- Oversee kitchen staff and assist in daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and food service.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
- Organize and manage buffets and special events.
- Specializing in Italian cuisine.
- Experience with East Indian dishes.
- Knowledge of international culinary practices.
- Must possess strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of handling heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong client focus and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
