Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Chateau Three Hills. This role involves a variety of responsibilities centered around meal preparation and food service.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
The position is based in a health care facility, where you will contribute to the well-being of our clients through nutritious meal preparation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a range of meals and individual dishes.
- Accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies by preparing suitable dishes.
- Collaborate with dietitians or chefs to create special meals for patients.
- Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of food and supply inventory.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
Public transportation options are readily available for commuting to the workplace.
Work Conditions- Attention to detail is crucial in this role.
- Be prepared for repetitive tasks as part of the daily routine.
Applicants should have 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a culinary setting.
