We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Panjabi Foods Ltd. as a key member of our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation
Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
Chef ManagementSupervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and presentation.
Inventory ManagementOversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
Quality ControlInspect and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
Customer ServiceEnsure exceptional customer service by preparing and presenting dishes that meet our high standards.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
Work Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Work SettingRestaurant, rural area, or bistro environment.
Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
