Scotiabank is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the development of a regulatory response and compliance program for Identity and Access Management. As the Director, IAM Service Delivery, you will lead the regulatory reporting for the IAM workstream, standard measurement and adherence, centralized exception management, support for compliance testing and regulatory responses, and develop compliance measurements and risk thresholds to accelerate risk reduction and improve regulatory compliance across Scotiabank.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive IAM governance framework to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead the development of a regulatory response and compliance program for IAM, including the creation of policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate IAM-related risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on emerging trends and regulatory changes.
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the effective implementation of IAM solutions and initiatives across the organization.
- University degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in Information Security leadership roles, with at least 5 years leading a Security function in a complex, global organization.
- Detailed knowledge of, and experience working with, one or more formal security frameworks, such as NIST or ISO 27001.
- Proven track record of leading global teams in a highly complex and matrixed organization, with excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with enterprise security technologies, including identity, access management, and cloud security.
