Director, Identity and Access Management Service Delivery

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) service delivery team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive IAM strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement IAM Strategy: Develop a strategic plan for IAM service delivery, including the development of policies, procedures, and standards for IAM.
- Lead IAM Service Delivery Team: Lead a team of security professionals responsible for the delivery of IAM services, including identity management, access management, and authentication.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and security teams, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of IAM services.
- Develop and Manage IAM Budget: Develop and manage the IAM budget, including resource allocation and cost management.
- Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that IAM services are delivered in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and that risk is managed effectively.
- University Degree: A university degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or cybersecurity.
- Leadership Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience leading a security function in a complex, global organization.
- Technical Expertise: Detailed knowledge of IAM technologies, including identity management, access management, and authentication.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
