Job Title: Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our Dealer Management System (DMS) team, you will provide training and support to our customers on our software platform, specifically in the Parts and Service modules.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing training and support to customers on our DMS software, including virtual training, online and on the phone.
  • Assisting customers with new software install training, both virtually and on-site.
  • Developing an understanding of our software and its features.
  • Learning and developing an understanding of the process for training customers on our software.
  • Providing excellent support to our customers, responding to their needs and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Experience in the parts or service area of a dealership, or equivalent experience in the automotive industry.
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in a dealership environment or PBS is preferred.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month.
