The Opportunity

We are revolutionizing the automotive industry by providing innovative software solutions to dealerships across North America. As a Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers in implementing and utilizing our Dealer Management System (DMS).

The Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing training and support to new and existing customers on our DMS. This includes virtual training, online and on-the-phone support, as well as on-site training at customer locations. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our DMS software and its applications
  • Provide exceptional customer support and training to ensure seamless implementation and utilization of our software
  • Work collaboratively with customers to identify and address their needs and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve our software and services
  • Contribute to the development of new training materials and resources to support our customers
Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in French and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Experience in the parts or service area of a dealership, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
