The Opportunity

PBS Systems Inc. is revolutionizing the automotive industry by providing innovative software solutions to dealerships across North America. As a Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers in implementing and utilizing our Dealer Management System (DMS).

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our PBS software and its various modules, including sales, service, inventory management, and accounting.
  • Provide exceptional training and support to new and existing customers, both virtually and on-site, to ensure seamless adoption of our DMS.
  • Assist customers in navigating our software, addressing any issues or concerns, and providing solutions to optimize their dealership's operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Experience in the parts or service area of a dealership or a similar role
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
