ROLE SUMMARY

The Group Sales Executive is responsible for managing client inquiries and serving as the primary contact for group sales initiatives.
- Secures and finalizes group business within designated room availability
- Meets revenue targets by enhancing each sales opportunity
- Executes service strategies to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years of experience in sales and marketing
OR
- Associate degree in Business or a related field; 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
Preferred:
- Experience in managing large group sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Management

Responds to group and catering inquiries within the defined room availability
- Closes optimal opportunities based on market analysis
- Maximizes revenue through strategic upselling
- Develops comprehensive sales and marketing strategies and budgets

Relationship Building

Establishes strong connections with clients and the community
