Safety Training Facilitator

Haztech is currently seeking a qualified Safety Training Facilitator to join our team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality safety training programs across various locations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safety training sessions adhering to the highest industry standards.
- Manage and finalize all necessary documentation following course completion.
- Engage in business development activities related to safety training offerings.
- Oversee the inventory and procurement of training materials and supplies.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure respectful and professional interactions with all clients and participants.
- Represent Haztech with professionalism, providing outstanding service to clients.
- Expand upon the outlined duties to meet the overall job expectations and performance standards.
- Comprehensive understanding of OHSA and relevant regulations.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a training role, with a preference for Energy Safety Canada certification.
- Experience in instructing various safety disciplines, including but not limited to H2S, Fall Protection, and WHMIS.
- Current certifications in the disciplines being taught are mandatory.
- Standard First Aid & CPR/AED instructor certification is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid First Aid certificate.
- Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Must have a clear criminal record.
