Tax Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Administrator to join our Wealth Management team. As a Tax Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing income tax returns, analyzing financial data, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare Income Tax Returns: Gather and analyze financial data, including income statements, transactions, tax slips, and capital gains & losses statements, to prepare accurate and timely tax returns.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to clients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
- Operational Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Bank policies.
- Education: Currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including knowledge of tax preparation programs and Microsoft applications (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), Salesforce, and the Broadridge Trust System.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, customer service focus, strong organizational skills, and ability to work well with minimal direction and multitask.
- Communication Skills: Strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail.
