Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our Montreal office team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to Partners and staff
  • Ensuring accurate document proofreading and editing
  • Assisting with billing, collections, and A/R and A/P processing
  • Client interaction for information requests and follow-ups
  • Assembling corporate and personal tax returns, including cross-checking balances and names
  • E-filing tax returns and ensuring timely deadlines
  • Administrative support for Partners and engagement teams, including client invoicing, calendar management, and meeting coordination
  • Other administrative duties as required

Your Experience and Education

We seek candidates with:

  • 2 years of administrative experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French
  • Office Administration diploma or relevant education
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment and handling confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Value for teamwork, client service, and quality work
  • Ability to work extra hours as required
