About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Sweet Luxury Nails & Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nail salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nail technicians, ensuring they meet productivity and quality standards.
    • Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
    • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are satisfied with their experience.
    • Assist clients with special needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment and machinery are in good working order.
    • Monitor quality and production levels, making adjustments as needed to meet standards.
    • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring they are handled and stored properly.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in the nail industry.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication skills.
    • Organized and reliable, with a strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
