Job Summary

ELISA NAILS & SPA LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Manage Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians, ensuring they are meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of nail art, manicures, and other services offered by our salon.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our nail technicians to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to our staff to help them improve their performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, working in a fast-paced environment, and working under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
