Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nail technicians, ensuring they meet productivity and quality standards.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to nail technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting loyalty and retention.
- Operational Management
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Coordinate activities with other departments, such as reception and marketing, to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit regular reports on salon performance, including sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 7 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in the nail industry.
