Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Create and manage schedules for our nail technicians to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.

  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
Work Environment

Our salon is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and will be comfortable in a client-facing role.
