About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Sweet Luxury Nails & Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, overseeing daily activities, and leading a team of nail technicians to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Salon Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the salon, including managing staff, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of nail technicians to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage salon inventory, including ordering supplies, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports on salon performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
