Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at Sushifang INC. as a key member of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Kitchen Operations: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
- Cuisine Specialties: Prepare sushi and other Japanese cuisine dishes, as well as Thai and gluten-free options, to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a strong passion for cooking and customer service is essential.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Free Parking: Free parking is available for our employees.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position with a minimum of 40 to 45 hours per week.
- Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
