About the Role

CORA's is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to meet demand.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and preferences in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
