We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at SUBWAY. Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management

Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, ensuring that we are operating within our means and making a profit.

Operations Evaluation

Evaluate our daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Staff Performance Management

Monitor and manage the performance of our staff, providing coaching and training to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.

Work Scheduling and Organization

Plan and organize our daily operations, including setting staff work schedules and ensuring that we are meeting our customer service and sales targets.

Cash Handling and Inventory Management

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, and ensure that our inventory is accurately managed and that we are not overstocking or understocking.

Health and Safety

Ensure that our restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff, and that we are complying with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Marketing and Customer Service

Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that we are meeting our customer service targets.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
