Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Athabasca Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our hotel's culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality dishes.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and supplies to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and that we minimize waste.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that their dining experiences are memorable and enjoyable.
- Education and Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a similar hotel or restaurant setting.
- Certifications and Licenses: A Safe Food Handling certificate and a Food Safety Certificate.
- Language: Fluency in English.
