About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Astoria Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and manage food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to meet quality standards
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks
  • Plan and execute menus for special events and functions
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Requirements
  • Permanent employment
  • 35-40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
