About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team at Astoria Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and manage food costs, inventory, and supplies
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including sous chefs and cooks
  • Plan and execute menus for special events and banquets
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
Requirements
  • 1-7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position with 35-40 hours of work per week
  • English language proficiency
