Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and manage food costs, inventory, and supplies
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to meet quality standards
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including sous-chefs, specialist chefs, and cooks
  • Plan and execute special events and banquets, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality food presentation
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining high standards of quality and freshness
Requirements
  • 1-7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35-40 hours of work per week
