We are a Global provider of leadership, wealth creation education and personal development programs and we have an opening for a Business Development Leader to join our Team.

This opportunity is performance-based and rewards those who are self-starters and motivated by financial, career, and personal success.

You will have the option of working full or part-time, although we do require you to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in weekly training calls, most via Zoom.
  • Manage your leads using our organization's CRM tools and guide your leads through a structured interview process.
  • Work autonomously, entirely remote using your laptop and phone.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Display general computer competency, with some experience in social media applications, or a willingness to learn.
  • Couchable and open to receiving training and support to grow and succeed in this role.
