Director, Franchise Sales and Development

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our franchise sales and development efforts in Eastern Canada.

This role requires a strong networker with excellent organizational skills, able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a focus on franchise development and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify franchise opportunities in Eastern Canada for our Canadian brands.
  • Negotiate deal terms and property improvement plans.
  • Execute hotel franchise agreements.
  • Manage relationships and attend industry events.
  • Submit forecasts and general reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in business/relationship development.
  • Proven achievement in sales by exceeding quota.
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written).
  • Experience in franchise sales organization(s) preferred.
