Position Overview

As the Vendor Management Lead, you will report directly to the Director of Financial Operations and Agile. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the daily and strategic management of vendor and software operations within the IT Infrastructure.

In this capacity, you will guide the Vendor and Asset Management team, develop and execute processes and tools, and ensure quality assurance throughout the lifecycle of IT asset management. Additionally, you will provide valuable insights to IT leadership, IT Finance, and Procurement to enhance cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the Vendor and Asset Management team to ensure optimal performance
  • Oversee Vendor Management tasks, including relationship development, strategic planning, and contract negotiations
  • Handle Asset Management duties, such as asset lifecycle management and data analysis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in vendor and asset management, including leadership roles
  • Knowledge and experience in IT Infrastructure and Services
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven with strong analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Proven leadership and management expertise
