Senior Manager of Vendor and Asset Management

About the Role
The Manager of Vendor and Asset Management will report to the Director of Financial Operations and Agile at Intact Financial Corporation. This key position is responsible for handling the day-to-day and long-term management tasks for Vendor and software management within the IT Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Vendor and Asset Management team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement processes and tools to optimize Vendor and Asset Management.
- Ensure quality control throughout the IT asset management lifecycle.
- Provide insights to IT leadership, IT Finance, and Procurement to optimize expenses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in vendor & asset management, including team management.
- IT Infrastructure and Service knowledge & experience.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
- Leadership and management skills.
