Key Responsibilities- Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with key vendors, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure vendor services align strictly with business objectives and deliver desired value.
- Performance Monitoring and Risk Mitigation: Monitor vendor performance and identify potential risks, taking proactive measures to mitigate them and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance vendor management strategies and processes.
- Contract Management: Support the management of vendor agreements with procurement teams to ensure favorable conditions for the organization, including negotiation, renewal, and termination.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster collaboration between vendors and internal teams to improve service delivery, and serve as the escalation point for vendor-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Education: College/University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in vendor management, contract management, or supply chain management are an asset.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field, with vast knowledge of effective vendor management techniques and industry norms.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with collaborators both within and outside the organization.

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
