Your Mission
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the Sales and Logistics Coordinator in the following areas:
- Assisting with daily tasks and projects
- Entering data into Excel
- Processing data in SAP
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating with transporters and clients
- Preparing and sending invoices
- Updating transportation rates in SAP
- Creating and managing purchase orders
- Updating prices in various systems
- Creating and modifying discounts
- Preparing and sending credit notes
- Managing fuel surcharges in SAP
- Managing workflows
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with the following qualifications:
- DEC in Administrative Techniques with 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of transportation industry (road, rail, and sea) and inventory management
- Experience working in a unionized environment and applying collective agreement rules
- Knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
- Ability to work in a team, with high adaptability and flexibility
