Your Mission

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the Sales and Logistics Coordinator in the following areas:

  • Assisting with daily tasks and projects
  • Entering data into Excel
  • Processing data in SAP
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating with transporters and clients
  • Preparing and sending invoices
  • Updating transportation rates in SAP
  • Creating and managing purchase orders
  • Updating prices in various systems
  • Creating and modifying discounts
  • Preparing and sending credit notes
  • Managing fuel surcharges in SAP
  • Managing workflows

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with the following qualifications:

  • DEC in Administrative Techniques with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of transportation industry (road, rail, and sea) and inventory management
  • Experience working in a unionized environment and applying collective agreement rules
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
  • Ability to work in a team, with high adaptability and flexibility
