Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: You will be responsible for preparing, editing, and proofreading various reports, proposals, and documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency in formatting, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Documentation and Filing: You will maintain up-to-date documentation, classification, and tracking of files, including offers of service, projects, and other relevant documents.
  • Project Preparation: You will assist in preparing documentation for project launches, ensuring all necessary materials are available and up-to-date.
  • Data Entry: You will perform data entry tasks in various databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Offer and Contract Review: You will review offers and contracts, and participate in project kick-off meetings as required.
  • Administrative Support: You will perform various administrative tasks, requiring a strong understanding of established procedures and practices, to support our resources in their operations.

Requirements
  • Education: A relevant diploma in administration (DEP, AEC, or DEC) or equivalent.
  • Software Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

  • Autonomy and Resourcefulness: Ability to work independently and think critically.
