Position Overview
As a **Document Control Coordinator** at FNX-INNOV, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Editing and refining a variety of technical and administrative documents, including reports, proposals, and estimates;
- Overseeing documentation processes and managing files efficiently;
- Preparing essential documents for project initiation;
- Inputting data into spreadsheets and databases;
- Evaluating proposal documents and agreements;
- Carrying out diverse office and administrative duties;
- Supporting recruitment initiatives;
- Utilizing social media and recruitment platforms for talent acquisition;
- Engaging in other related responsibilities as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Educational background in administration or a related field;
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Meticulous attention to detail and a keen observational skill;
- Self-sufficient and innovative in problem-solving;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
- Customer service-oriented approach;
- Driven by results and outcomes;
