Job Summary:

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Prince Albert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling shortline agriculture products within a designated sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell shortline products to customers within the designated sales territory, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and equipment, providing expert advice to customers and driving sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customers' business activities and needs, tailoring sales strategies to meet their evolving requirements.
  • Design and implement effective marketing and promotion strategies for the territory, driving brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Prepare and deliver regular customer status reports, including sales call activity, closing, follow-up, and prospect reports, as required.

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts, driving business growth and expansion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment, considered an asset.
  • Ability to obtain or have a valid passport, and be able to travel internationally, as required.
  • A recent driver's abstract will be required.
