Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Elder Tree Montessori is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure that all necessary materials and information are prepared.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and staff.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, and perform data entry tasks as needed.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and staff, and respond to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent position, 35 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
