We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating administrative procedures, and providing support to senior staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff on new systems and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in office administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Drive.
Working Conditions

Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Language

English is the primary language of business.
