We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at DONAIR ON THE RUN. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in food preparation, including portioning, wrapping, and heating of food items
- Maintain accurate records of food quantities and inventory
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including work surfaces, equipment, and storage areas
- Receive and store supplies, including refrigerated and frozen items
- Participate in cleaning and sanitizing tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
- Assist with waste management and recycling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, lifting, and bending
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a clean and safe work environment
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with a focus on teamwork and attention to detail.
