Client Solutions Manager, Portfolio Lead

In this dynamic and collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of duties, including evaluating accounts at renewal, placing coverage required by the client, and re-marketing when necessary. You will also be responsible for responding to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining a quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be solution-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to develop deep relationships with clients and build partnerships with colleagues quickly.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage a portfolio of clients, driving the renewal cycle and handling day-to-day policy updates
* Build relationships with insurers and marketing teams
* Evaluate accounts at renewal and place coverage required by the client
* Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently
* Develop deep relationships with clients and build partnerships with colleagues
**Requirements:**
* Secondary School Diploma required, College or University Degree preferred
* 3 to 5+ years of Commercial Insurance Brokering experience ideal
* Experience within complex policies strongly preferred
* CAIB, CIP, CRM or other relevant certifications/designations highly valued
* Active and in good standing RIBO License
* Knowledge of EPIC considered an asset
