The Role
We are seeking an Offer Portfolio Manager to manage our offer portfolio, develop innovations, and promote our differentiating innovations within partner and customer organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of customer and partner needs through field presence and in-depth interviews.
- Collect, analyze, and translate customer needs into opportunities for differentiation.
- Elaborate offer content with sales and operational teams through a Total Cost of Ownership framework.
- Promote innovation offer portfolio to customers with clear economical impact.
- Ensure project implementation plan is clearly defined and actively supports project implementation.
- Manage offer portfolio and lifecycle, monitor compliance with pricing strategy, and contribute to the innovation community.
- Provide training to sales and marketing teams on offer content and value propositions.
- Support sales and marketing in adapting offer argumentation and promotion tools.
Requirements
- Experience in project management and implementation.
- Interest in cross-functional projects with strong presence on the field and in the plant.
- Strong analytical skills, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent proficiency in marketing and communication disciplines.
- Solid electrical engineering skillset.
- Prior background in digital technologies is a plus.
