We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our global brokerage team at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to our Small Medium Enterprise (SME) clients.
Your primary focus will be on managing a designated portfolio of clients, driving the renewal cycle, and handling day-to-day policy updates. You will also be responsible for building relationships with insurers and marketing policies to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Support a designated portfolio of SME clients, playing a lead role in business retention and building customer relationships.
- Evaluate accounts at renewal, taking vital steps in placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when required, and adhering to binding authority set out by carriers.
- Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining a quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client.
- Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, and working with Account Executives in binding the client.
- Consistently act to upgrade insurance market knowledge, staying ahead of new products and policy updates.
- Work with Account Executives on cross-selling opportunities and accessing resources within Gallagher.
- You are a solution-oriented individual who can offer clients the most resourceful and innovative solutions.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to develop deep relationships with clients and build partnerships with colleagues quickly.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are able to prioritize tasks to exceed client expectations every time.
- You maintain a keen eye for detail, which has been a key part of your success in previous roles.
- You are highly tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
- You hold a Secondary School Diploma, with a College or University Degree preferred.
- You have 3 to 5+ years of Commercial Insurance Brokering experience, with experience within complex policies strongly preferred.
- You hold CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other relevant certifications/designations, and are actively licensed and in good standing with RIBO.
- You have knowledge of EPIC, which is considered an asset.
