Job Summary

Accoravillage is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day human resources operations and implementing strategies and programs that attract, retain, develop, and inspire top talent to deliver on our vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Support the implementation of long-term HR plans, manage talent acquisition resources, and develop and implement talent acquisition frameworks/processes/procedures.
  • HR Operations: Oversee seamless HR service delivery, support business operations through organizational design, workforce planning, advisory services, and key processes such as recruitment and re-organization/change initiatives.
  • Employee Relations: Manage complex benefits inquiries, handle employee relations, including discipline and grievances, and conduct workplace investigations in unionized and non-unionized environments.
  • Policy Development: Oversee the policy review and policy development for the People & Culture and Health & Safety Policy Manuals.
  • HRIS Management: Support the ongoing management and development of the HR Information System.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of HR generalist experience, with proven work experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Skills: Knowledge of legislation, collective agreements, policies and procedures, internal standards and guidelines; understanding of current and emerging HR trends and practices; leadership skills to advocate for and implement innovative initiatives; project management abilities; proficiency in relevant software applications.
