Executive Chef

Shivi Foods Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and supervise staff who prepare and portion food.
- Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure they meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting and Scheduling: Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
