The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Client Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients, their families, and the healthcare professionals involved in their care. Your focus will be on creating a welcoming environment, ensuring that clients feel supported and valued. You will also play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and collaborating with colleagues across various departments.

How You Will Spend Your Days:

  • Enhancing Customer Experience. You will engage with clients and visitors, ensuring their needs are met on-site. You will manage phone and email communications in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Collaboration. You will work closely with Service Technicians and Sales Consultants to oversee client order administration, including processing payments and managing billing as necessary.
  • Coordination. You will ensure that all details regarding timing, information, and expectations are accurate and communicated effectively. Following up with clients to confirm the completeness and accuracy of all necessary paperwork will be part of your responsibilities.

What You Bring:

  • Experience. You have a background in a fast-paced office or customer service environment. You are adept at prioritizing and managing various tasks that arise throughout the day. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software are essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills. You enjoy building relationships and excel at finding the best solutions for customers. Your communication skills are professional and adaptable, allowing you to respond to urgent inquiries with empathy and compassion.
  • Additional Requirements. A clean criminal background check and bondability are necessary.
