Position Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at Mobile Snap, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.

  • Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Information Provision: Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information regarding our services.
  • Billing Management: Facilitate billing processes for services rendered.
  • Refund Processing: Handle requests for refunds and credits as necessary.
  • Service Explanation: Clearly explain the types and costs of services available to customers.
  • Documentation: Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks to support office operations.
  • Complaint Logging: Receive and document customer complaints for future reference.
  • Payment Processing: Manage the receipt of payments from customers.
Qualifications
