About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team at Mobile Snap as a Clerk, Customer Service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating special events, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints, answer inquiries, and provide information to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to engage with customers and promote our services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records and statistics, perform general office duties, and receive and log complaints.
  • Financial Transactions: Arrange for billing, refunds, and credits, and receive payments in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Explain the type and cost of services offered, and issue receipts and other forms as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
