Production Supervisor

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the resources in order to achieve the objectives of the Production Department. This includes leading capacity planning and resource optimization, identifying production deficiencies, and proposing improvements. You will also work closely with HR administration to ensure that production is properly organized, staffed, and directed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead capacity planning and resource optimization for the Production Department
  • Identify production deficiencies, propose improvements, and supervise their implementation
  • Work closely with HR administration to ensure that production is properly organized, staffed, and directed
  • Guide, motivate, and develop team members to reach their potential
  • Deploy targeted and effective communications, as needed, and foster an environment of openness and inclusiveness
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a DCS in management or any other related field or equivalent experience. Proven experience working on a production line is required, with supervisory experience of 20 to 30 persons being an advantage. Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also necessary. Collaborative, solution-oriented approach and strong written and spoken communication skills are essential.
