About the Role

ChimeraXR Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Technical Artist to join our team. As a Technical Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual effects, animations, and illustrations for our digital productions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Mentor: Lead and guide a team of graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual effects and animations.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations and visual effects to meet their communications needs.
  • Artistic Direction: Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations, as well as 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations.
  • Guidelines and Standards: Establish guidelines for illustrators and photographers to ensure consistency in visual style and quality.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest software and technologies, including AutoCAD, InDesign, SketchUp, and Adobe XD.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a related field, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, SketchUp, and Adobe XD, as well as a strong understanding of information technology and Mac OS.
