Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at AIM Kenny U-Pull. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in developing the market for used vehicle purchases in the Windsor and London territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new customer leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet with potential and existing customers at their locations to discuss our services and sales opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and onsite meetings.
  • Negotiate purchase prices for vehicles with sellers, ensuring favorable deals for the company.
  • Evaluate vehicles based on their salvage value, potential for parts resale, and recyclability.
  • Coordinate vehicle pick-up with sellers upon sale completion.
  • Communicate effectively with Branch Managers and other departments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in outside sales and prospecting.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientele.
  • Ability to analyze and stay up to date on current market trends.
  • Valid G class driver's license.
