Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Windsor, ON. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in developing the market in used vehicle purchases throughout the Windsor and London territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customer leads through cold calling, networking, or referrals.
- Meet with potential and existing customers at their locations to discuss our services and sales opportunities.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and onsite meetings.
- Negotiate purchase prices for vehicles with sellers, ensuring favorable deals for the company.
- Evaluate vehicles based on their salvage value, potential for parts resale, and recyclability.
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up with the sellers upon sale completion.
- Communicate effectively with Branch Managers and other departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in outside sales and prospecting.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientele.
- Ability to analyze and stay up to date on current market trends.
- Valid G class driver's license.
